Electronic Whiteboards: Electronic whiteboards look like a standard whiteboard, but they have the ability to print out what has been written on the whiteboard. The whiteboard has a built-in printer usually located underneath the board. Most Electronic Whiteboards have the optional capability of being connected to a computer so that notes can be edited, copied and distributed electronically.

Interactive Whiteboards: Connect to your computer giving you the capability to electronically record/edit what is written on the board. In additional to this, Interactive Whiteboards have touch control and you are able to control your computer mouse curser from the board. Move your finger across the whiteboard which has a computer display projected onto it and the mouse cursor will follow. Tap the screen twice, this is the same as a double-click with your mouse.

Advantages of Interactive whiteboards are that you can control computer actions from the front of the classroom/meeting room. You can write or draw on the whiteboard with your finger or use special pens and save the image/text to the computer for editing and distribution.

Portable PA Systems: Portable PA Systems: Portable Public Address Systems or Portable PA Systems are exactly that, they are a portable means of addressing audiences. Portable PA Systems are an all-in-one public address system with or without wireless microphone capabilities. They require very little set up or take down time and are incredibly simply and easy to use.

Portable PA Systems are either able to be carried by hand or with a shoulder strap or the larger models have a retractable luggage style handle and wheels for transporting. They are usually both AC and battery operation so ideal for indoors or outdoors applications.
